What is unique about your water treatment technology?

We use patented Radical Bubble Purification (RBP) featuring microbubbles smaller than 10 microns. These microbubbles carry a negative surface charge, electrostatically attracting positively charged pollutants and lifting them to the surface as a sludge blanket. Furthermore, the high-pressure collapse of these microbubbles generates free radicals that chemically degrade harmful dissolved pollutants, BOD, and COD on contact.

What is Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) and how does it work in your Tigreen patented system?

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a water clarification method where microbubbles attach to suspended solids, oils, and greases to float them to the surface for skimming. Unlike conventional DAF systems that produce large, erratic bubbles, Tigreen's patented system uses a proprietary nozzle and mixing device to generate a high, stable concentration of sub-10 micron microbubbles under pressure.

What contaminants can your Tigreen patented systems remove?

The system effectively removes suspended solids (TSS), oils, grease, surface-active agents (soaps/surfactants), nitrogen compounds, acids, solvents, heavy metals, VOCs, microfibers, emulsified fuels, and chemical dyes.

How effective is the Tigreen patented system in reducing BOD and COD?

The system achieves reductions of 70-80% or more in both Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), depending on the initial wastewater source and characteristics.

What are the power requirements?

Power consumption ranges from just 2 KW to 20 KW depending on system capacity. This low-power design reduces total electricity consumption by up to 60% compared to conventional aerobic plants that require continuous mechanical air aeration.

How is sludge handled?

Sludge generated during the flotation stage is skimmed from the surface and collected in a sludge holding tank. Due to the high dewatering efficiency of our microbubble flotation technology, the resulting sludge volume is significantly smaller and thicker than standard biological sludge, reducing disposal costs.

Does the system include remote monitoring?

Yes. Every Tigreen installation includes IoT-based remote monitoring that enables automated operation with negligible manual supervision. Operators can track system performance and water quality metrics in real time.
